Routine Payment

· Paid weekly

· Direct Deposit

· Paperless pay

UKG Wallet

· On demand pay – paid before pay day up to $500 of qualifying income

Monthly Profit Sharing

· If the company goal is reached, profits are shared with team members. Payout is determined by wages worked during qualifying month

Annual Profit Sharing

· Annual bonus determined by ownership, based on profits for the fiscal year

Retirement Profit Sharing

· Must be here for one year and have worked 1,000 hours

· Must be 18 years of age

· One-time, annual contribution to team member 401(k) account

· At the discretion of the ownership

Seniority Bonuses

· One-time, annual bonus based on full-time employment. Broken down at 3-9 years and 10+ years

Holiday Pay

· 8 Paid Holidays

Paid Time Off

· Accrued based on years worked, recalculated January 1

401(k)

· Eligible upon hire – effective 1st of the next quarter. Example: if hired Jan. 2025, you will become eligible March 2025

· Â鶹tv¹ÙÍø will match up to 100% of the first 4%, reevaluated annually based on company ROI.

· Must be 18 years of age
